Every order is custom printed and personalized to your needs direct from our production facility partner in Detroit, MI. Typically, items are completed within 5 business days and then require additional shipping time to reach your location.

We want you to know that your order fulfillment and shipping time will take an extra few days. Safety is our top priority. We ask for your patience as we safely get your order to you. You may experience 2-3 weeks before you receive your order.

What are my options?
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. However, we know that mistakes may happen during production. For errors such as a misprints, defective prints, or defective garments, please email [email protected] within 30 days of receipt of your items. It is very helpful for our production team when you include a picture of your defective item. We are always working to improve our production processes and your feedback is valuable to us. Please email [email protected] with your picture and feedback. We will replace the item free of charge.
Sorry, due to the nature of custom printed merchandise, we cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes, colors, or designs.
What happens if I need a different size?
We understand that there may be size issues. We can offer to split the replacement cost and shipping charge with you for any size changes. We do not offer refunds for size issues. Please email [email protected] with your request within 30 days of receipt of your items.
